  The Castor Oil Pack (Hormonal Detox) for Bené & Seed, the Castor Oil Pack is our core ritual for 

hormonal health: Soak: Saturate a piece of organic cotton flannel with hexane-free castor oil.

Place: Apply to the lower abdomen (for reproductive health) or the right side under the ribs (for liver/hormone detox).

Heat: Cover with a towel and a warm water bottle for 45–60 minutes.

Benefit: Supports the liver in detoxifying excess estrogen and eases menstrual discomfort.
